We collect information you provide directly and information generated as you use the Platform:

• Account information — your name, email address, and (if you choose) a password. Passwords are stored only as a secure one-way hash.
• Profile and contact details — optional phone number, username, and shipping address.
• Transaction information — items you list, buy, bid, or sell, order and shipment details, and store-credit balances. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
• Listings and content — photographs, descriptions, reviews, and messages you submit.
• Communications and preferences — your marketing opt-in choice and support correspondence.
• Referral information — a referral code you arrived with or share, used to grant store credit.
• Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar technical data, used for security, fraud prevention, and (with consent) analytics.

We use personal information to:

• Create and manage your account and sign you in;
• Operate the marketplace, including listings, bids, orders, verification, and payouts;
• Process payments, apply store credit, and arrange shipping;
• Send transactional messages (sign-in links, order updates, verification results, payouts);
• Send marketing emails when you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time);
• Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
• Understand and improve how the Platform is used;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We share personal information with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf, only as needed to provide the Platform. They are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. These include:

• Stripe — payment processing and payouts.
• Resend — delivery of transactional email.
• Brevo — email and contact-list management for marketing communications.
• Shippo — shipping label creation and tracking.
• Cloudflare — bot prevention (Turnstile) and security.
• Google Analytics — aggregate site-usage analytics on our public pages, loaded only with your consent (see our Cookie Policy).

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or users’ safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and (with your consent) measure site usage. You can manage these through our consent controls and your browser settings. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Platform, then retain what we must to meet legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution obligations. Transaction and financial records may be retained longer where the law requires.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including hashing of passwords and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can:

• Access and update your account information in your account settings;
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails or your settings (you will still receive essential transactional messages);
• Manage analytics cookies through our consent controls;
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access or deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. The Platform is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date, and continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
