If an item fails verification, the buyer is refunded in full and the item is returned to the seller. No disputes, no negotiation.

Because every item passes through our verification center before it reaches the buyer, the vast majority of return scenarios are handled before delivery. The full returns and disputes policy — covering edge cases, condition disagreements, and the appeals process — is in progress.
